EIGHTH SINGAPORE YOUTH DELEGATION
TO SWITZERLAND
27 May - 9 JUNE 2002

A group moment in the mountains of Swtizerland.

Singapore youths together with a Swiss politician.

Eleven National Youth Achievement Award participants and holders represented Singapore at the Singapore-Switzerland Youth Exchange Programme from 27 May to 9 June 2002.

During the visit, the Singapore Youth Delegation interacted with Swiss political leaders, learned about Swiss history and culture and visited Swiss businesses and educational institutions. They were exposed to the Swiss way of life through a home-stay programme with Swiss families where they learned about Swiss traditions.

The Singapore Youth Delegation was led by Mr Daryl Tan Kiok Wei, an NYAA Gold Award holder.
